We Launched a New Website and Hired an AI Agent

The design of our website hadn't been updated in quite a while. In that time, a lot of great and momentous things happened in the world of high technology.

Let's start with the main point: this website was written 100% by neural networks. Not a single developer, front-end coder or designer was involved in the project.

We tried to keep a minimalist style — we simplified a lot and cut out the extra noise. In our restless times, attention and focus are the key skill.

And there's more — we've hired an AI agent. Meet Kuralai:

She has her own WhatsApp number, Telegram, email, and access to our ticket registration and handling system.

Kuralai handles a whole range of important duties: she registers client tickets, keeps an eye on deadlines, advises users on general questions — in short, she fully covers the role of first-line support. She never sleeps and is always available. And if a serious failure happens, she instantly sends a push notification to our lead engineers' phones.
